Full-service management is where we take care of all the details and provide everything you need to secure your property and your investment. The package includes comprehensive property inspections, maintenance services, and move-in/move-out inspections just to name a few. It also includes monthly and year-end financial statements to help guide and simplify the tax preparation process. As part of the package, we can also ensure proceeds are deposited directly into your bank account.

One Time Placement provides homeowners with access to our quality screening process for their investment properties. As part of our procedure, we’ll complete all the required credit/reference checks, prepare the necessary leasing documents, as well as perform move-in and move-out inspections ensuring the property is tenant-ready.
